Process temperature: 120℃—130℃—145℃—150℃
Operation viscosity: It is recommended to control the wet adhesive viscosity at the operating temperature in the range of 5000-8000 (mPa·s)
1. Cross-link agent was melamine and cross-link temperature was 150℃×1min
2. The coating glue prepared by the melamine cross-link has good stability and can be used for a long time. The cross-link reaction can be completed immediately at 150℃. When the fabric is down, the bridging reaction has been basically completed, no need curing.
3. M-519 is a water-resistant enhancer, and it may not be added if no washing is required.
4. The process conditions (temperature, wind speed) after the primer sizing are determined according to the degree of wet and dry.
5. Caution notes：1. This product should be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place, away
from fire, to prevent rain and damp;
2. sealed at room temperature 0 ~ 40 °C, in the winter cold resin may have freezing phenomenon, should be used after mixing
3. It can be stored for 6 months without change in quality
